Without the sun, water and nutrients stimulating the seed, its energy won’t be harnessed for a plant to grow. Add the stimulants and the resting potential will be activated into a living plant.
Stimulation is the action of exciting something into shape and / or function and destruction by letting the stimulant’s energy vibrations interfere with its target’s energy vibrations.
